Our Mission

We are committed to increasing and encouraging the physical, emotional, and intellectual well-being of each dancer. Our goal is to honor our commitment with quality technique, dance education, and dance instruction in a safe and family oriented atmosphere.

Our Vision

To teach and learn not only the important value of human kindness, but life long success even if dance isn't a chosen profession.

Our vision not only creates a new generation of dancers who will develop a positive level of self-respect, self confidence, and a strong commitment to themselves and others, but to also understand the power of giving back. That's the biggest win!

It's more than just dance...

QPR Gatekeepers are trained to understand and recognize a mental health crisis. They learn the warning signs that someone may be contemplating suicide and are given the language to talk about suicide. Using simple QPR steps, gatekeepers will learn how to offer hope and help individuals access appropriate supports.

Youth Mental Health First Aid is primarily designed for adults who regularly interact with young people. The course introduces common mental health challenges for youth, reviews typical adolescent development, and teaches a 5-step action plan for how to help young people in both crisis and non-crisis situations. Topics covered include anxiety, depression, substance use, disorders in which psychosis may occur, disruptive behavior disorders (including AD/HD), and eating disorders.
